Phone sales teams
One flow from lead to sign-up: scored pool, automatic dialing queue, WhatsApp and call recording on the same card. The agent clicks "Next", the number comes up, and the outcome stays on the card.
CRM · PBX · WhatsApp · Client portal
CRM, PBX, WhatsApp and client portal — one product, one login. The agent opens a lead, clicks "Call" and talks; the call is recorded, the outcome stays on the card, and the next lead comes up.
Your own PBX, your own data. Every deployment is set up for you.
Interface in English, Turkish and Russian. Same workflow whether your team is five people or fifty.
One flow from lead to sign-up: scored pool, automatic dialing queue, WhatsApp and call recording on the same card. The agent clicks "Next", the number comes up, and the outcome stays on the card.
The client card opens on inbound calls; callback scheduling, recorded calls and request tracking are right there. Live monitoring, listen-in and reports let you run the team from one screen.
Training providers, subscription services, insurance agencies, real estate offices… Clients sign up in a portal under your brand, upload documents and open requests; agreements come back e-signed and your team follows up from the CRM.
Every module writes to the same database. Enter something once and it shows up everywhere.
Lead card, source and campaign, scored pool. The agent clicks "Next" and the system brings up the number.
Your own PBX, a headset and one click. No separate softphone.
Who is talking to whom, and for how long — on a live screen.
WhatsApp opens in a side pane of the desktop app; conversations are logged to the lead card.
A lead that signs up becomes a client. Requests opened in the portal land in the CRM and the agent follows up.
Call and outcome reports broken down by agent and desk. Meeting schedule, team chat, shared posts.
Send the client an agreement link and get it back e-signed. Email and SMS straight from the lead card.
Users, roles, campaigns and desks, PBX, email, SMS, AI assistant, recordings.
The ALL IN ONE desktop app: CRM on the left, WhatsApp on the right, phone at the bottom. Agents never switch windows; they open WhatsApp from the lead card and call from the same screen.
Clients sign up, upload their documents, open requests and track their status, and chat with a support agent. A sign-up in the portal automatically becomes a client in the CRM.
We handle the setup; you define your team and start calling.
Deployed in your name: CRM, PBX and client portal. Your own domain, your own PBX, your own data. The portal carries your company name.
You define users, roles, desks and campaigns. Import leads by pasting from Excel, or connect a Facebook form and the API.
The agent logs in, puts on the headset and clicks "Next". The call is recorded, the outcome is entered, the next lead comes up. You watch it all on the live screen.
Sales data is sensitive. The product is built so agents never see more than they need to.
An authenticator app (TOTP) can be made mandatory for admin and desk accounts.
One button closes every session, deactivates user accounts and locks the desktop apps and the external API. Nobody gets in until an administrator unlocks it.
Agents call without seeing the number. In the CRM, in WhatsApp and in the API, numbers are masked according to permissions.
Who sees what, who listens to whom, who downloads which report — all by role. Listening to recordings requires a separate permission.
A separate deployment for every customer. Your data never shares a database with other companies.
Calls go out through your own PBX and recordings stay with you. You choose your SIP carrier.
The product ships with its own PBX (Asterisk), deployed specifically for you. You choose your SIP carrier (line provider); we connect it. Call recordings stay in your deployment.
Yes. Copy the columns from Excel (Full name, Phone, Email, Source) and paste them into the import box. For a continuous feed, use the External API (v1) and the Facebook lead form integration. The same number is never reopened in the same campaign.
It depends on their permissions. In the default setup, agents see a masked number (0532 ••• •• 33) and call with one click. Masking also applies in the WhatsApp pane and in API output.
The CRM works in the phone browser and as a home-screen app (PWA); notifications arrive via push. The client portal is also a PWA and can open as a Telegram mini app. The WhatsApp pane lives in the desktop app.
Yes. The company name and support address are yours, and the portal runs on your own domain. Clients sign up, upload documents and open requests in the portal; the matching record is created automatically in the CRM.
